On the afternoon of July 23, Guangbo 2011 half-yearly economic working conference was held in Shanghai. The conference analyzed the current economic situation faced by the company, reviewed and summarized the main achievements and deficiency in the first half year, arranged and deployed the working focus in the second half year.
All senior leaders of the company attended the conference and seated at the platform. There were 150 people attended this conference, all middle-level cadres and department delegates from four industrial parks.
General manager Wang Junping gave “half-year economic working report”. It has two parts, one is work review of first half year, and the other is work plan of second half year. He pointed out, the current enterprise development not only faces moderate recovery of the world economy, regional political diverse and complex international big environment, but faces economic tightening domestic macro background brought by high inflation. Since the beginning of this year, faced objective economic situation at home and abroad, the company put forward the working policy of “pragmatism, innovation and development", promote the enterprise lean management ability as the breakthrough. Each department combined with own actual situation, by means of increasing technical innovation and vigorously carrying out management, basically realize the smooth health growth of company’s all economic indexes in the first half year.
Delegates said, hearing general manager’s working report, we’re inspired. He pointed out the working focus for us. In future, we’ll study earnestly, implement based on the actual, and finish each task goal formulated at the beginning o f the year both in quality and quantity.
At the conference, person in charge of each sub plant and relevant department representatives gave their statements. Ding Shanxiao, professor of Zhongshan University and famous trainer, gave the theme report on “execution determines the core competitiveness”.
