On the morning of August 24, Zhejiang Guangbo Group Stock Co., Ltd held the 13th meeting of the Third Session of the Board of Directors. Director Zhang Feimeng and Wu Youguang didn't attend because of working reason. They delegated director Hu Zhiming and Dai Guoping to attend and vote respectively. At the meeting, secretary of the board of Guangbo Group Stock Co., Ltd made the company's semi-annual report in 2009. The report said that, in face of the crisis, the whole Guangbo people were all of one mind, the unity is strength. Actively develop new thinking at the aspects of guaranteeing the growth, adjusting structure and promoting development, explore new ways, establish Guangbo confidence, and energetically explore emerging markets at home and abroad, realized the company's steady development.
Directors who attendted the meeting showed, the external environment Guangbo faced still stern complex.
